Technological developments have led to the adoption of automated tools in manufacturing industry. This adoption is usually driven by the decision of top management as an effort to improve their industry's competitiveness. PT X is a manufacturer of motor vehicle parts, one of which is fan comp cooling that plays a vital role in motorcycle cooling systems. Fan comp cooling production consists of two stages: (1) The injection molding process, and (2) Installation of the assembly collar. PT X is attempting to implement automated tools in the second stage. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of these automated tools. The evaluation is conducted on cycle time and production capacity. Data collected through direct observation over a certain period. The evaluation results show that the implementation of automated tools in the assembly collar work station has helped reduce cycle time by 33.3% and increase production capacity by 37.8%. These contributions have an impact on eliminating bottlenecks, streamlining material flow, and reducing production costs per unit. Observations also show an increased ability to maintain the stability of product quality.
